Miles Kirby and Chris Ammermann opened Caravan – a restaurant, bar and coffee roastery – on Exmouth Market in February 2010, with a second site opened in August 2012, in King’s Cross. Miles is the Executive Chef and Head Roaster, and Chris is the General Manager.

Caravan’s food reflects its well-travelled founders’ nomadic leanings, drawing inspiration from across the globe, whilst remaining rooted in a commitment to the best local and seasonal produce. The coffee roastery supplies not only Caravan’s own needs, but wholesale and retail customers around London and the UK.
