ALL OF OUR SEATING AREAS ARE COVERED AND HEATED – FEAR NOT.
N.B It is not necessary to register to attend the event, you can turn up on the day – obviously its first come first served! But if you do register you get a free winter warmer on arrival.
Shepherd’s Bush Yard has be transformed into a Scandinavian forest, complete with fir trees, ivy covered pergolas, bark on the floors and woods brought in especially from Norway, and six sheds serving the best seasonal street food and warming winter drinks in family-friendly surroundings.
OPEN ON (FREE TO ATTEND):
Wednesday 6pm – 11pm
Thursday 6pm – 11pm
Friday 6pm – 11pm
Saturday 12pm – 11pm
Sunday 12pm – 8pm
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE 18 IS ALLOWED ON SITE AFTER 5PM.
The yard is fully covered and heated, low-lit with festive maroon and blue colours bringing a touch of Scandinavia to Shepherds bush. With enough banquette seating for 140 people and plenty more room to mill (and ‘mull’) around, Little Feast Winter offers an alternative dinner option for the festive period with some of the best new street food purveyors in the capital taking up residence in its wooden huts.
The Yard will serve up treats from Sticky Beak slow roasted Vietnamese pork, Moroccan Lamb or melt in the mouth/cider braised beef cheeks. Feed me Primal will go paleo on us, Cheeky Burger are preparing a Wagyu Burger not to be missed, Redneck Smokehouse will be cooking authentic Brisket which falls away like butter, Butter & Scotch will be doing waffles, cream and melted chocolate or you can dig into Poptata’s fresh hand-cut fries served with their mouthwatering signature dips.
On Saturday and Sundays, when the market is open in the day as well as at night, The Deli Shed will be selling freshly baked breads, cheeses, smoked fish and meats for Christmas.
To wash it all down with, head to The cabin Bar (formerly an old fish shop), which has been transformed into a Norwegian-style fishing cabin on the water. Here you can buy everything from mulled ciders and wine, to cocktails, craft lager and ales and even a magnums of red wine for £45.
And that’s not all. This festive enchanted forest will be selling Christmas Trees from November 13th, and will have acoustic live music on Saturday and Sunday daytimes with choral choirs, carol singing, brass and jazz bands (at varying times). From November 23rd, each day will see another door opened on the Giant Advent Calendar, an 8ft high specially made creation with food and drink offers located behind each door. Strictly for grown-ups, there will also be a ‘dirty Santa’s Grotto’, for those that have been naughty, rather than nice.
